1. Blue Lagoon Natural Aquarium

   Lagoa Azul Natural Aquarium: the natural aquarium was named after the film starring actress Brooke Shields, a classic from the 80s. Its turquoise water, with multicolored fish and cinematic beauty, make it one of the most visited and admired places in Ilha Grande Bay. The immense pool is a sanctuary of marine life with incredible biodiversity. As you float beneath its coral gardens, visitors are soon surrounded by colorful schools of fish that are spoiled by the treats offered by tourists. During the stop, you can go down to swim, float with noodles, snorkel, admire the schools of fish that appear in droves or simply enjoy the beauty of the place.

2. Araçá Beach

   Araçá Beach: this small and peaceful stretch of sand surrounded by large rocks and preserved Atlantic Forest is simply charming. Accessible by sea or, for those coming from Freguesia de Santana, by trail – a walk of approximately 10 minutes, passing by a famous church from the end of the 19th century – nature lovers who prefer a place to relax will find it just right. With a golden hue on its beach, it has, in addition to calm and crystal-clear waters, the perfect environment for a relaxing dip in the sea. Another ideal place to rest in the shade of a tree and admire the sunset.

3. Natural Aquarium Ilhas Botinas

   Natural Aquarium Ilhas Botinas: they are to Angra what Christ the Redeemer is to Rio de Janeiro! Our most famous postcard. Their formation resembles two boots when seen from above, which is why they were named that way. The ocean current that surrounds them means that the sea around them is always clear and teeming with tiny “Sargentinho” fish. Due to their beauty, visitors who know how to swim will find it hard to resist taking a dip.

4. Arrows Beach

   Arrows Beach: the generous vegetation around it reflects the emerald green of the Atlantic Forest in the sea that bathes this beach.
