At Cai Be pier, board your boat and breathe in your first real glimpse of Delta life: wooden houseboats, river breeze, and children waving from the banks. Stop by a family-run coconut candy workshop and sample their sweet creations before drifting deeper into the narrow waterways. Visit a beautifully preserved century-old home, then enjoy a rustic local lunch and a walk through a vibrant plant nursery.
